We aim to process all orders within 3 to 4 business days. Keep an eye out on your email for your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been processed, prepared and shipped! 

Our deliveries are made 10am - 3pm Monday and Thursday

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Domestic shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use New Zealand Post’s standard services, as well as other postal companies, depending on your location. Great news! We ship to both rural and non-rural addresses, excluding PO Box numbers.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This will include your tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@apotekariso.com. Don’t forget to include your name and order number, so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to global delays and processing issues, we are currently not offering international shipping for retail purchases. 

If you wish to discuss international shipping for large scale or bulk orders, please contact us at info@apotekariso.com. These purchases will have to meet a minimum quantity requirement. 

Due to their natural ingredient base, some products may be subject to permit approval. Please check the import regulations and requirements of your destination country before placing orders.
