Returns, exchanges and refunds

Not happy with your purchase? We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. 

Due to the nature of our products, your items have to be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Once we have received and processed your returns, we will refund the full amount (minus the shipping costs for the return).

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@apotekariso.com. Don’t forget to include your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so we can process your request as quickly as possible. We address returns on a case-by-case basis and always aim to provide you with the best solution possible. 

For international customers

We do not offer refunds for goods that are denied by Customs at your destination country. Please check the import regulations and requirements of your destination country before placing orders.
